KEPPEL Land said that shareholders have passed a resolution to sell the group's one-third interest in One Raffles Quay and buy new units in K-Reit Asia. K-Reit Asia also said yesterday that its unit-holders have passed a resolution to buy a one-third interest in One Raffles Quay and place new units under the equity fund raising to Keppel Land.
