I refer to the HDB advertorial,“Median rent from subletting of flat” (Aug 29). I am afraid it does not present a true picture of the high rentals of HDB flats now. The median rents in the chart are way off actual rentals transacted across the island.If the chart was based on estimated rentals provided by owners, then the owners had probably undervalued the rents they had expected to receive.
