Lian Beng Group Ltd announced on Monday that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Millennium International Builders has secured a construction contract worth about $99.45 million to build the Ritz-Carlton Residences, Singapore, at Cairnhill.Construction is expected to begin in the third quarter of 2008 and is targeted to be completed by the fourth quarter of 2010.
