THE Ascott Group has opened four new serviced residences in four countries across three regions in the first two weeks of this month.
They are the Somerset St Georges in Perth; Somerset Hoa Binh in Hanoi; Citadines Sukhumvit 8 in Bangkok; and Somerset West Bay in Qatar.
This means it has now opened a total of six new properties this year, having earlier launched two in China. Five more are slated for completion in Bangkok, Chennai and Singapore later this year.
Ms Jennie Chua, Ascott’s president, said: “The new properties will further consolidate Ascott’s position as the world’s largest international serviced residence owner-operator.”
