GuocoLand said its plans to redevelop the Leedon Heights site are progressing on track.
It has named award-winning SCDA Architects as architectural consultant, while Intaran Design has been engaged as landscape specialist. GuocoLand, which is scheduled to take over vacant units by June, completed the en bloc purchase of the site last month.
The developer is considering allowing former owners to continue staying in their units on short-term leases. - CNA/so
