IT IS interesting to read about the recent en bloc unhappiness despite the new rulings implemented in 2007. Maybe it is time for the guidelines to be enhanced further.Before the en bloc committee is formed, a poll should be conducted on each registered resident. If less than 100 per cent is obtained, the exercise should be scrapped for the next three to five years.
